Patrick Di Lecce is the Owner, Director, and Head Coach of Adapt Soccer Performance, bringing over seven years of leadership defined by discipline, clarity, and uncompromising standards.

His coaching foundation is rooted in extensive experience with Glen Shields SC, iPlay Academy, and Newmarket SC, supported by an elite playing background in the Ontario Youth Soccer League with Vaughan, Woodbridge, and Glen Shields.

A former professional soccer freestyler and sponsored athlete with Adidas and Red Bull, Patrick’s career includes an NCAA Division I scholarship offer to Robert Morris University, four Ontario Cup championships, and over a decade representing global brands through high-level performance. Renowned for his mastery of technical development and his understanding of the psychological demands of elite sport, Patrick’s philosophy emphasizes intelligent decision-making, precision, and complete player development across technical, physical, tactical, and mental pillars.
