Michael Pennino serves as a Technical Advisor and Coach at Adapt Soccer Performance, bringing a wealth of experience from Union FC’s High Performance Female Program, Athlete’s Institute, Aurora SC, and Caledon SC. His playing career is highlighted by an Ontario Cup title, three OYSL championships, and six Provincial Elite OSL championships with Caledon.

Michael specializes in raising the technical ceiling of the modern player, with a sharp focus on dribbling mastery, passing and movement, and 1v1 excellence. His sessions are purposeful, demanding, and rooted in accountability.

Guided by the belief that “he who doesn’t give their all gives nothing,” Michael’s presence is both commanding and inspiring, instilling confidence, discipline, and a deep love for the game.
