He has earned multiple honors, including two Charity Shield Championships and a League1 Reserve Championship.

JP specializes in speed and agility, defending principles, and technical development, with a strong emphasis on work rate and mental resilience. His coaching approach is rooted in mentorship—providing players with the structure, accountability, and guidance needed to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
